    Full field prescription for distance, reading or computer use

    Completely customized prescriptions that use super computers to map out how the final prescription will need to be based on the written prescription, the frame size and shape, the tilt angle of the frame, the wrap (curve) of the frame front, and the distance from the surface of the eye to the back of the lens.  This prescription may not read exactly as the doctor has written to account for these factors.  This results in lenses that can offer a clear and sharp view throughout the entire lens from edge to edge and compensate for high curvature or even flat front frames.

    NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MILD PRESCRIPTIONS!! These designs are more for people that have very high prescriptions, problems with peripheral distortion, or high astigmatism issues.  I see these designs as complete overkill in low prescription ranges for single vision lenses.  In these instances, more is NOT better.
