Eyelab Online is committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible. We stand behind our products and we offer no questions asked replacements on frames and lenses. Complete refunds will be issued less shipping for product that does not meet your satisfaction within 30 days of purchase. Eyelab Online will not cover loss of product by the purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LENS AND FRAME WARRANTIES ARE HANDLED SEPARATELY

LENS WARRANTIES

Our one year lens warranty covers normal wear and tear damage to the product. We offer a one time no questions asked replacement policy on damaged lenses, no matter what the damage may be due to. Simply return the lenses and new items will be processed. Our lenses purchased with premium anti reflective treatments extend warranties to two years. Prescription changes will be honored within 60 days of purchase at no charge.  PROOF OF DOCTORS CHANGE MUST BE PROVIDED. 

DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF ORDERS WITH INCORRECT PRESCRIPTION INFORMATION SUBMITTED, WE WILL NO LONGER REMAKE PRESCRIPTION LENSES FREE OF CHARGE FOR INCORRECT ORDERS PLACED.  WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE REVIEW ALL INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY INCLUDING PDS.  ANY ORDER THAT MUST BE REMADE DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION WILL NEED TO BE REBILLED AT 50% OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE PRICE (DOES NOT INCLUDE DISCOUNTS GIVEN OR SALES PROMOTION PRICES)

FRAME WARRANTIES

All frames offered at Eyelab Online come with a one time no charge replacement warranty. Shipping charges may apply. Please check frame description for period of warranty. If, for any reason, Eyelab Online is unable to replace an exact frame(EX--discontinued frame), product of equal value will be offered.
